What we collect / 收集的信息
When you apply: first and last name, work e-mail, phone (optional), company, job title (optional), country or pan-European, the BYD colleague who knows you, an optional message, and the password you choose (stored only as a one-way hash). When you use a centre: your sign-ins and what you open or send (for example tickets), recorded for security and support.
申请时：姓名、工作邮箱、电话（选填）、公司、职位（选填）、国家或泛欧、了解贵方的比亚迪同事、补充说明（选填），以及您设置的密码（仅以不可逆的哈希保存）。使用平台时：登录记录以及您查看或提交的内容（例如工单），用于安全和支持。
Why / 用途
To decide on your application and give you access to the information BYD shares with your organisation; to keep the service secure. Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold. / 用于审核申请、向贵方开放比亚迪共享给贵组织的信息，以及保障服务安全。不用于广告，也不出售。
Who sees it / 谁能看到
BYD operations staff who review applications for your country (or central operations for pan-European applications), the BYD colleague you name, and the platform administrators. / 负责您所在国家的比亚迪运营审核人员（泛欧申请为中台运营）、您填写的比亚迪联络人，以及平台管理员。
How long / 保存期限
To be published by the operator. / 待运营方公布。 A rejected application keeps no password. / 被拒绝的申请不保留密码。
Your rights / 您的权利
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to the contact above or to your BYD contact. / 您可以要求获取、更正或删除您的数据，或反对相关处理，也可以向数据保护机构投诉。请联系上方联系人或您的比亚迪联络人。
